Q: Does the Voyager 5200 come with a charging case?
A:
No, the standard Voyager 5200 does not include a portable charging case. Conversely, the Voyager 5200 UC version, features a Portable Charging Case, a BT600 USB Bluetooth adapter, 3 different sizes of ear tips and a micro-USB charging cable.

Q: Can I use the Voyager 5200 as a microphone for recording videos on my phone?
A:
If the phone or app in use support recording through Bluetooth devices you can use the Voyager 5200 or any similar headset; however, most likely this feature won’t work. This is a function that should be built-in the phone and not the headset.

Q: I’m unable to answer calls from my headset on my PC Softphone. How to solve this?
A:
PC/MAC Bluetooth systems do not typically provide capability to use Remote Call Control from Bluetooth headsets. Calls must be managed from the PC/MAC GUI and some of the buttons on the earpiece do not function, hence this provides a poor user experience. The Voyager 5200 UC provides a certified USB BT600 that works with the industry’s leading softphone providers to ensure integration and compatibility. Q: Is the Voyager 5200 compatible with iPhone iOS?
A: Yes, it works with both iOS and Android

Q: How do I charge the Voyager 5200?
A: The earpiece has a small rubber cover for the micro-USB port, you can simply use your nail or a toothpick to lift it and rotate it to the side. It takes approximately 90 minutes to fully charge the headset; the indicator light turns off once charging is complete.

Q: Can I mute the mic when not on a call?
A: No, the microphone won’t activate unless the HSP (Handset Profile) and HFP (Hands-Free Profile) are enabled during a call.

Q: What Bluetooth version this model has?
A: Since 2019, all Voyager 5200s are certified Bluetooth 5.0.

Q: Will the Voyager 5200 work with an Office Desk phone?
A: This model is not intended for office desk phones, though it may work with some models. The Voyager 5200 UC and the Voyager 5200 Office are probably the ideal solutions. To confirm compatibility with your phone, feel free to visit our Compatibility Guide here.

203710-01 - Eartip kit and foam covers – Small
203710-02 - Eartip kit and foam covers – Medium
203710-03 – Eartip Kit – Large

Q: Can I pair the Voyager 5200 with a Bluetooth transmitter?
A: We can't guarantee compatibility with 3rd party accessories; however, the recommended device would be the USB BT600 Bluetooth adapter.

Q: Can I charge the Voyager 5200 with the Voyager Legend Charging case/Charging cable?
A: No, the Voyager 5200 does not fit the magnetic connection from the Legend’s charging case and cable.

Q: How can I make outgoing calls with the Voyager 5200?
A: This model features Phone Book Access Profile (PBAP). Once you've paired the headset to your phone and granted access to the list of contacts through Bluetooth settings, you can do voice dialing through your phone's voice assistant: Press and hold the Call button for 2 seconds to activate your phone's default voice assistant and wait for the phone prompt to activate voice dialing.

Q: Can the Voyager 5200 connect with two devices?
A: Yes, this model features Multipoint technology, which enables you to pair and connect your headset to two different Bluetooth audio devices at once. Note that you will not be able to use two devices simultaneously; instead, the benefit is that you will be able to answer an incoming phone call from either device using the headset.
